Does it include a wall charger?

No. You charge with the included USB cable from a phone adapter, power bank, or computer port.

How do I empty it?

Twist off the dust cup, dump the debris, pull the filter, rinse and dry the filter, then reassemble.

Will it pull dust from between keyboard keys?

The brush nozzle is meant for that; flat nozzle works better for cracks and corners.

Why will it not turn on?

Hold the power button for more than about two seconds after a full charge cycle; a short tap may not start it.
