Shipping policy

How long does it take?

Typically 7–21 days, depending on the room a find lives in. Some move faster than others. Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is actually scanned — we do not invent two-day promises we cannot keep.

Where does it ship from?

Our fulfilment partners hold the stock and ship direct, which is how the prices stay where they are. The Vault is the shopfront and the standard. If a find goes out of stock we take it down rather than sell you something that is not there.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries. Delivery windows run longer, and any customs or import charges are set by your country rather than by us.

Where is my tracking?

Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has been a few days past the top of your window with no movement, email support@jawsomefinds.com with your order number and we will chase it.
