How long does shipping take?

Typically 7–21 days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is actually scanned. Full detail is on the Shipping page. US shipping is in the price.

What is a Find ID?

A JF-##### stamp. Assigned once, never reused. It is how we refer to a thing without a ninety-character keyword title.

How is the shop arranged?

This Week's Chomp is the weekly pick. The rest lives in nicknames: Pocket Finds, Glow Gear, The Nest, Critter Kit, Ride Bits, and The Archive for everything kept.

Do you actually check this stuff?

I check what a thing claims against what it is, and I say why I kept it — including the catch. If a find is only good at one job, the page says so. Anything that cannot survive that sentence does not get kept.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email support@jawsomefinds.com within 14 days with your order number and photographs, and we will make it right. See Returns.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us quickly. Before a find is picked we can usually stop it. Once it has moved we have to use the returns route instead.

How do I reach a person?
